What is your cancellation policy?

At Rising Together Healthcare, we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive sufficient notice, a missed appointment charge of $100 will be applied. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we offer a one-time waiver of this charge per year. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that all of our clients receive the care and attention they need, while allowing us to effectively manage our schedule.
